Consumer Matters

We undertake all matters covered under the ‘Consumer Protection Act’ and the Monopolies Restrictive Trade Practices Act including litigation in consumer forums, state and national commission, MRTP commission, in matters relating to deficiency in service, product defects, misleading advertisements etc,.
